Shipping Policy

• In order for ProSoundFoam.com to provide our customers with free shipping our foam is sealed and then vacuum packed to reduce the package size. Vacuum packing will not materially affect the performance of our products. However, each panel will require (a maximum of) 12 hours of recovery time for every 24 hours of shipping time before it will relax to the original shape (usually 12 recovery time is not necessary).
   
• We only ship via UPS, and as such they will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so a valid residential or commercial address is required. Upon shipment ProSoundFoam.com emails each customer their UPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for all orders to be processed and shipped.

Return Policy
 

• ProSoundFoam.com will allow the return of any product it sells. Customers must notify our customer support within 7 business days of receipt of the product notifying us of any issues.  An ARS (Authorized Return Service) label will be issued by our support staff. The Customer is responsible for repackaging and all return shipping costs. ProSoundFoam.com requires that the product be returned unused in “like new condition”, with no evidence of damage to the product. ProSoundFoam.com reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking in some cases.
